Saw this set up while out shopping with the missus in Cyprus. Market half day closing hence the closed doors.

Obviously a very health and safety conscious shop keeper who doesn't want a wet and slippery floor outside his shop entrance.

ive sen instals like that in the UK before today, my favourite is the one were they pipe it into the hanging baskets on the front of the pub and tell the landlord it is a free irrigation system, I will try and find the photos.
