Hi Phil
Carel make a range of controllers that may be suitable. www.careluk.co.uk (http://www.careluk.co.uk) or www.carel.com (http://www.carel.com)

Hi Phill
I'v seen Innotech controllers used for chiller control before and carrel controllers. I am employed as a controls tech and know there are hundreds of controllers to do the job, all you need to specify is the I/O's and control functions to perform like Proportional Intergral loops or CHW Reset. Best bet is something that has a display and you can plug a laptop into for programming and commissioning.

I've rewired a few units with carel PCO2 controllers plus EXV driver boards running sporlan SE250 valves ran good as gold. I can send you a copy of the drawings if you like:)
